2.36.010 - Establishment.

A public library for the city is established.

2.36.020 - Management and operation.

The library shall be managed by a board of library trustees, which shall operate and manage the library in accordance with the applicable laws of the state and such rules and regulations as the board makes. The members of the board of library trustees shall be appointed in accordance with the applicable laws of the state.
