3.32.010 - Established.
There is established a revolving fund in the amount of five hundred dollars, to be established, maintained, and replenished out of the general fund of the city, and there shall be deposited in the revolving fund from the general fund the sum of five hundred dollars.

3.32.020 - Expenditures—Purpose.
All moneys in the revolving fund shall be expended exclusively for municipal purposes.

3.32.030 - Expenditures—Limitation.
No single expenditure out of the revolving fund shall exceed the sum of one hundred fifty dollars, and the expenditures therefrom may be made upon signatures of the mayor and the city clerk.

3.32.040 - Replenishment.
Upon presentation to the city council by the city clerk of an itemized statement of expenditures out of the revolving fund, audited and approved by the city council, the council shall authorize the reimbursement to the fund of the amount so audited and approved.
